Howard has performed with numerous national and international acts:
Pete Escovedo, Patti Austin, Louis Bellson, Clare Fisher, Four Tops,
Roger Kellaway, Gladys Knight, Mark Levine, Linda Ronstadt, The Supremes,
Temptations and others. He has written numerous works for jazz orchestra
that have been performed at jazz festivals like Montreaux, Vienne, Umbria,
San Jose, Monterey and Playboy. He has been teaching for over 25 years.
Jason McElroy
Available for lessons on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Jason attended California State University, Hayward, where he completed his
BA in Saxophone Performance (2001) and also his Teaching Credential (2004).
Currently he is the Music Director at Bowditch Middle School in Foster City.
He has been a sought after freelance musician in the Bay Area since 1990.
As a private teacher, Jason is a dedicated and patient instructor sure to
inspire students to reach higher degrees of learning on their instrument of choice.
David Peterson
Available for lessons on Monday and Saturday
Dave has been a professional musician for twenty-five years playing for a
variety of Broadway shows including Cats, Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables,
and A Chorus Line. He has accompanied artists like Natalie Cole, James Brown,
and Frank Sinatra. He has worked as a recording musician for movie soundtracks,
video games, cast albums and CDs. When teaching, his primary goal is to have
fun playing music.
Dave also teaches oboe, flute and saxophone.
